When purchasing garage wheel stops, in addition to the item itself, many vendors advertise the fact that they will install the new parking stoppers and remove and dispose of the old ones at the same price. Proper installation is extremely important. Precast concrete wheel stops need to be anchored properly to the ground. If they are not properly bolted, a car’s tires can shift the parking stoppers out of place.

Concrete Wheel Stop Installation

All of our precast concrete parking stops are manufactured right here in our facilities in Southern California, which means every item is tested and reviewed for quality control. We also take pride in our outstanding and committed customer service and make sure you are fully satisfied with our work, even after the installation.

Why Choose Our Parking Stop Bumpers?

1. A strong parking bumper thanks to superior design and concrete.
2. Easy installation in any parking area or garage.
3. Convenient sizing to fit all your needs.

At American Precast, we offer two different ways to install our wheel stops. The first is using steel rebar pins drilled through the asphalt to secure the wheel stop. This option is best used in sites where drilling into the asphalt is not a concern.

The second method is using a durable two-part epoxy to secure the wheel stop to the surface. Our garage wheel stops are manufactured with a smooth base to ensure the epoxy bonds well with both surfaces. Since there is no drilling with this method, this can be used on surfaces that cannot handle the damage from drilling – like in parking garages.

Parking Bumper Installation

Our concrete bumpers are sturdy and withstand bumps and accidents with no cracking or chipping. Each bumper has steel rebar reinforcement, and we always apply our custom vibration settling technique to remove voids around the rebar. Furthermore, we cylinder-test our concrete to make sure it can handle 3000 psi at seven days and 4000 psi at 28 days. Because your needs are unique, our wheel bumper dimensions vary to accommodate your specific demands.
