1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website apcwheelstops.com, or by placing an order with American Precast Concrete Inc. ("APC," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by APC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified on your invoice. Standard terms are net-30 for qualified accounts; prepayment may be required for new accounts. APC reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the rate of 1.5% per month. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. APC is not liable for delays caused by carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and noting any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Precast concrete products are manufactured to order. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order placement. Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects, subject to inspection by APC. Custom orders are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an APC error.

6. Warranty

APC warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear. APC's sole obligation under this warranty is, at its option, to repair or replace the defective product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or website, even if APC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. APC's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and specifications, is the property of American Precast Concrete Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
