How to Spec and Order

Ordering is simple once you have three things: quantity, size, and jobsite location.

  • Quantity. Count the stops the lot needs. If you are replacing failed rubber or plastic, count what is out there plus any new stalls.
  • Size. For standard car and light-truck parking, the car stops (CB-series) are 4,000 PSI concrete reinforced with #3 rebar, in 4-, 6-, and 8-foot lengths (105, 165, and 210 pounds). For lots that take heavy trucks, loading docks, or equipment traffic, the truck stops (TB-series) are 6,000 PSI with four #4 rebar for the added mass and impact. When in doubt on a mixed lot, tell us the vehicle traffic and we will point you to the right unit.
  • Location. The delivery address so we can quote freight.

One note on install that matters for your callbacks: the stops have to be anchored. Weight alone does not hold a wheel stop in place under repeated impact. Concrete stops anchor with rebar pins driven into the substrate, or with epoxy on a hard surface. Anchor them properly on install and they stay put. That is your work, not ours, but it is the difference between a lot that holds and a lot that walks its bumpers out of line.
